Store Set Up Crew Member

General Description:

Responsible for a range of duties to meet the needs of the new and remodel locations throughout New England. Duties include store fixture and merchandising assignments as directed

Essential Reponsibilities

Proper assembly of all fixtures per daily assignments Timely completion of proper merchandising per daily assignments Upholding safety and maintenance standards Implementation of all plan-o-grams, plan-o-guides and visuals as assigned Participation in the operation and merchandising of entire store Operate pallet jack and/or forklift as needed Protect company assets

Qualification Requirements:

Prior retail merchandise experience preferred in both Hardlines/Softlines Operate ticket gun; cut case, lift, sign, and display merchandise Qualified applicants must offer flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs Function independently as well as part of a team Work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines Ability to lift and move bulky merchandise (up to 75 pounds) Ability to arrange merchandise to create dynamic displays Ability to successfully complete the Powered Equipment Training Program Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel (overnight stays may be required).
