Field Merchandiser

General Description:

Responsible for a range of duties to meet the needs of new, remodel, and existing locations throughout New England. Duties include store fixtures and merchandising assignments as directed.

Essential Reponsibilities

Proper assembly of all fixtures and signing as required Receive, set up merchandise shipments from the DC Implement the merchandise plan that provide space and adjacency for every merchandise category Timely completion of proper merchandising per daily assignments Upholding safety and maintenance standards Implementation of all plan-o-grams, plan-o-guides and visuals as assigned Participation in the operation and merchandising of entire store Protect company assets

Qualification Requirements:

Prior retail merchandise experience in operations and merchandising preferred Operate ticket gun; cut case, lift, sign, and display merchandise Qualified applicants must offer flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs General knowledge of merchandising planning and presentation Function independently as well as part of a team Work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Space planning skills Ability to arrange merchandise to create dynamic displays Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel (overnight stays may be required).
