MECHANIC CLASS (B)

General Description:

Includes troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of our company power equipment and or conveyor systems.

Essential Reponsibilities

Preventative maintenance of forklifts and material handing equipment. Service and Repairs of the same both electrical and propane. Maintain all documentation required for each machine. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures regarding Policies and Safety rules Comply with all OSHA standards All others duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:

Experience in Electrical and/or Mechanical are a must. Experience reading schematics are highly desirable. Mechanically dexterity. Knowledgeable of hand held meters, scopes and controllers for calibrations and diagnostics. MUST be able to read, write and speak English in order to understand service manuals and blue prints. Prior experience working and /or certifications in motor controls highly desirable Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, frequently Ability to stand, walk, lift, squat, and bend for extended periods of time Ability to work independently, and self motivated
